Emre Dörter

FOUNDER& ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHER

Born in 1982, Emre Dorter started his photography journey in 2000 at Victoria University, Canada. After graduating Anadolu University, Turkey, in 2005, he earned his masters degree at Fashion Photography at Accademia Italiana, Florence in 2007. 

He started his professional carrier at Roberto Quagli's Studio in Florence, working for brands like Gucci, Salvatore  Ferragamo, D&G etc. 

 

In 2008 he established his studio in Istanbul. 

 

Starting with Elle Decoration(Turkey) at his early years, he worked with various magazines like Vogue, Marie Claire, Maison Francaise, Food &Travel, in the field of life-style and interior photography. He published travel photography as a photo journalist in magazines like Travel and Leisure, Conde Nast, WallPaper (Istanbul Guide 2014) etc.

Many of his architectural photographs are published in architectural magazines and books; Taschen Books/Architecture Now 9, which are on the cover of the publications such as Architectural Record(USA), AIT(Germany), Concept(Korea) and several Turkish architectural reviews. He was the main photographer for the Turkish Airlines project that took place all over the world cities which are the destinations of Turkish Airlines, from Africa to Americas and Far East, he did photo and video shooting focused on places, people and cultures.
